Privacy Policy

We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Platform. This includes:

• Account registration data (name, email address, role)
• Athlete progress and skill rating data
• Quiz results and learning activity
• Practice plan and drill usage history
• Video clips uploaded for AI review
• Coach notes associated with athletes
• Communication thread and message data
• Subscription and payment status (not payment card data)
• Onboarding preferences and learning profile settings
• Platform usage events and analytics (aggregate only)

Your name, email, and role are stored securely to authenticate you and provide role-appropriate content and features. Your profile data is visible only to you and, where applicable, to assigned coaches, linked parents, and platform administrators.

You may update your learning profile and preferences at any time from the Profile page.

Progress data (completed lessons, drills, quiz scores, skill ratings, badges) is stored per user and is visible only to you, your assigned coach (if any), your linked parent (if any), and platform administrators.

This data is used to personalize your learning path, generate coaching recommendations, and produce analytics for you and your coach/parent.

We do not sell or share individual athlete training data with third parties.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store, see, or have access to your payment card details.

We store your subscription status (active, canceled, past_due, etc.), subscription tier, and billing period dates to control access to premium features. Stripe's own Privacy Policy governs how payment data is handled by Stripe.

Video clips you upload for AI review are stored in our secure file storage system. Videos are private by default and are not shared, made public, or used for marketing.

Videos may be made accessible to your assigned coach if you explicitly change the privacy setting to "Coach Visible" on the review. All video access is logged for audit purposes.

Uploaded videos are stored as CDN-hosted files. Access control is enforced at the application layer — the Platform verifies authorization before returning any video URL.

When you use the AI Coach, AI Practice Planner, or Video Review AI features, your inputs (questions, descriptions, skill context) are sent to a large language model (LLM) to generate responses.

AI prompts are processed server-side and are not stored in your profile beyond the conversation session (for the AI Coach) or the AI feedback result (for video reviews).

AI responses are governed by system-level coaching guidelines and safety rules managed by Platform administrators. No personally identifying information is included in AI prompts beyond what you explicitly type.

We do not use your AI interactions to train models.

The Platform is designed with a role-based visibility system:

• Coaches may view athlete data only if there is an active Coach-Athlete assignment and appropriate permissions are enabled.
• Parents may view athlete progress only if there is an active Parent-Athlete link and appropriate permissions are enabled.
• Administrators may access all platform data for operational and safety purposes.
• Other athletes cannot see your data.

Coach notes have granular visibility controls: private-to-coach, visible-to-athlete, or visible-to-linked-parent.

In-app notifications are stored securely and are only visible to the recipient user. Message threads are visible only to thread participants (athlete, coach, parent) and platform administrators.

We do not use notification or message content for advertising or data brokering.

We intend to retain your data for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods, deletion timelines, and the right-to-erasure process are to be defined during legal review.

You may request deletion of your account via the Profile page ("Delete Account"). This performs a soft-delete of your personal data. Residual anonymized records may be retained for aggregate analytics.

This Platform is designed to serve youth athletes. We are committed to protecting children's privacy.
